Open plan arrangement/team collaboration office space
This project included a complete interior fit-out and full spatial planning service to an existing office building that was badly fire damaged in early 2014. The original building layout did not allow for open plan arrangement or team collaboration and had limited meeting/conferencing space or staff recreation areas.

The new design included a number of glazed privacy booths/kiosks, larger meeting rooms and group conferencing rooms where “Town Hall” meetings can be conducted. Key to this project was to make reference to the group’s origins as the Waterford Co-Op Society, this can be seen throughout the building in the glazing details & manifestations illustrated. The project involved the provision of temporary office accommodation to allow the project to progress while a portion of the building remained fully operational throughout the works. All constraints were successfully managed and completed within a short timeframe.
