Creating a warm, comfortable family space
An existing family home built in recent years with a series of ground floor reception rooms that did not provide connectivity or adequate living/ dining space for a young growing family.

The scheme opens up the existing kitchen and dining room into one space to include a large living area with a new wall-mounted, flush gas stove with surrounding fitted joinery at one end, a new zoned lighting scheme and new flooring throughout. The existing kitchen units were refurbished, hand painted and extended and new worktops were added. The colour scheme throughout is neutral with pops of accent colour used on the accessories and soft furnishes. The end result is a warm, comfortable family space.
