Two Classroom ASD Unit with PE Hall and remodelling of existing corridors and other rooms
“Mcloughlin Architecture has my full endorsement as an outstanding architecture firm. In all instances Mel and his team were incredibly responsive when it came to all aspects of the project. They are committed to producing the highest quality design and finishes for their clients and delivering projects within the time frame and on budget. Their service to their client is exceptional, never have I had such support so readily available to me when I have undertaken building projects in the past.
The team led by Mel Mcloughlin met with staff and board members for initial design to visit similar ASD Units to become aware of our brief and design features. They were also available to meet with the Board of Management to present discuss and amend the design. Mcloughlin Architecture met and exceeded our expectations in producing a design that met our outlined brief and is spacious and flooded with light.
Throughout the project, which lasted eighteen months McLoughlin Architecture were always accessible to myself and the board to discuss any concerns and to give advice. Their project management of the building was excellent. Bi-weekly site meeting were held and the Board of Management was furnished with a weekly report on progress. All aspects of the build were covered by the firm from drawing down of funds to interior design. This major building project was completed on time and on budget and with very little disruption to the day to day running of the school which given its scale and complexity is testimony to their professionalism and organisational skills.
I particularly liked the fact that through McLoughlin Architecture we had access to a full design team, quantity surveyors and interior designers. We are delighted with our modern, bright and spacious new building. It is really lovely that our children should have access to such a nice space.
I could not recommend McLoughlin Architecture highly enough for any project that they undertake.”
