Architectural Design
Our team is capable of offering services involving the creation and implementation of concepts and designs. Throughout the developing stages of any project our team can provide statutory application drawings and documentation, develop design drawings, detailed tender and construction drawings and associated contract documentation.
Interior Design
At MCLA, we consider aesthetic design which focusses on functionality. Materials and finishes are carefully selected to meet the needs of our clients and each project is different. With more than 15 years of interior experience, every detail matters to us.
Statutory Applications and Appeals
Our team have extensive experience in the preparation of Planning Applications, Disability Access Certificate Applications, Fire Safety Certificate Applications and Appeals. MCLA can provide services in the role of Design and Assigned Certifier services with regard to the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.
Heritage and Conservation
We strive to protect and preserve heritage while enhancing function. We are experienced in dealing with protected structures and sensitive areas of heritage.
